The Browns have signed wide receiver Breshad Perriman, a former first round pick of the Ravens, the team announced Saturday. They also placed WR Derrick Willies (broken collarbone) on IR.

Perriman was the 26th pick of the 2015 NFL Draft out of UCF but did not pan out with the Ravens, who waived him last month. In 27 games with Baltimore, Perriman had 43 receptions for 576 yards and three touchdowns.
The Browns are struggling at wide receiver. Rashard Higgins (sprained MCL) will miss Sunday’s game against the Chargers, leaving the Browns with four healthy receivers – Jarvis Landry, Antonio Callaway, Rod Streater and Damion Ratley – according to ESPN.
There has been much interest in Perriman since he was cut by the Ravens as he signed with the Redskins in September, but he lasted less than a week before being released. He also wasn’t signed after a workout with the Patriots.
