According to The Athletic, Pees required medical attention just before Sunday’s game. He was helped out of the coaches box and team officials were unsure who would take over play-calling duties in Pees’ absence.
Titans coach Mike Vrabel told reporters after the game that Pees would remain in the hospital overnight.
“Dean’s doing okay,” Vrabel said. “They took him to the hospital, they evaluated him, they are going to keep him in overnight for some tests but everything I have heard as of now has been very positive, that he should make a full recovery and be fine with whatever he had going on upstairs.”
The Titans fell to the Colts 38-10.
