Former Titans and Eagles wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham was arrested Wednesday after he was allegedly found with a pound of marijuana on him.
A Springfield, Mo., spokesperson told the News Leader that Green-Beckham is alleged to have been at a home where police were servicing a warrant and fled when officers arrived by jumping out a glass window.
Police eventually caught up to Green-Beckham and allegedly found him with the marijuana in his possession.
Green-Beckham did not live at the house where the warrant was served. The former NFL receiver was booked into jail at 3 a.m. CT on Thursday.
According to the News Leader, no formal charges have been filed.
Green-Beckham was drafted by the Titans in the second round in 2015. Tennessee traded him to the Eagles in 2016 but he was eventually released in June 2017.
The 26-year-old caught 68 passes for 941 yards and six touchdowns in his two NFL seasons.
Green-Beckham was also charged with a DWI in February in Missouri. He was given probation in October.
He was also dismissed from Missouri’s football team in 2014 due to an incident in which he was accused of shoving a woman down stairs. He was also arrested once in 2012 and another time in 2014 on marijuana-related incidents.
Green-Beckham was the No. 1 rated wide receiver in the country coming out of high school in 2012, according to 247sports.
