Mats Zucarello won’t be playing for the Rangers on Tuesday against the Flyers.
The ninth-year winger is battling a foot infection and is expected to rejoin the team Thursday against the Devils, Rangers coach David Quinn told reporters.
Quinn on Zucc:
“Zucc has an infection in his foot, he’s a lot better today than he was yesterday but he won’t be available for tomorrow. This is a short-term thing, hopefully. The plan is Thursday.”
