The Blazers may have been dealt a serious blow.
Guard CJ McCollum had to be helped to the locker room by teammates after suffering an apparent leg injury in the third quarter of the team’s matchup with the Spurs on Saturday.
He looked as if he was holding his lower leg when he was helped off.
