
Another Lakers youngster is done for the season as Josh Hart will miss the next 12 weeks after undergoing a procedure on his right knee, the team announced Thursday.

Hart, 24, averaged 7.8 points and 3.7 rebounds in 67 games this season. He’s shot 40.8 percent from the field and 33.9 percent from 3-point range.
Los Angeles selected Hart out of Villanova with the 30th pick in the 2017 draft. He has knocked down 36.5 percent of his shots from behind the arc.
Lonzo Ball (ankle) and Brandon Ingram (deep venous thrombosis) have also been ruled out for the season.
