Kellen Winslow II jailed after woman, 77, accuses him of lewd conduct

Kellen Winslow Jr. will stand trial for alleged 2003 rape of teen girl

Kellen Winslow II is back in jail after he was charged with two acts of lewd conduct.

The former NFL tight end is accused of performing lewd actions in front of a 77-year-old woman at a California gym, The San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

According to Deputy District Attorney Dan Owens, Winslow allegedly touched himself in front of the woman while exercising near her on Feb. 13 and asked if she liked it.

Nine days later, he entered a hot tub wearing only a towel and touched the same woman on her arm and foot.

On top of the two alleged acts of lewd conduct, Winslow has been charged with battery of an elder and willful cruelty to an elder. All four charges are misdemeanors.

Winslow, 35, has pleaded not guilty to all charges, but Vista Superior Court Judge Blaine Bowman ordered Monday that Winslow be jailed without bail.

Winslow was out on bail, awaiting trial on charges that he kidnapped and raped two women in March and May of last year. He’s also accused of exposing himself to another woman in May of last year. All the women are in their 50s.

Winslow has pleaded not guilty on those charges, as well. His trial is set to start in April.
