Bell, 27, was selected by the Steelers in the second round of the 2013 draft and has spent his entire career in Pittsburgh. However, he’s been vocal about his unhappiness since he was franchise tagged for the second straight year last offseason and sat out all last season amid his contract dispute.
He last played 15 regular-season games in 2017 and made an appearance in the team’s lone playoff game that season.
