The Steelers have said Antonio Brown’s trade situation will be sorted by Friday, but the situation surrounding Giants star receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is much more unclear.
New York is reportedly open to offers for Beckham, and as CBS Sports noted Wednesday, the Raiders, 49ers and Browns appear most interested in making a deal.

“I did hear at the combine, pretty strongly, that for the right price Odell Beckham can be had,” Jason LaConfora said. “The Giants are willing to continue to listen to teams. It would take a very high price, but we’ve seen a lot of receivers traded in the past for two ones, guys like Keyshawn Johnson, who had never come close to what Odell Beckham has done and he’s obviously still in his prime.”
LaConfora added Browns sources claim there’s nothing in the works for Beckham, but things can certainly change.
“Pump the brakes on Cleveland for OBJ right now, but there’s a lot of time between now and the draft,” he said. “Cleveland, Oakland, San Francisco are the teams I’ve heard most connected to Odell Beckham.”
The draft begins April 25, and any team in need of a top-flight receiver would be foolish not to consider a guy like Beckham, who has scored 44 touchdowns in 56 career games. However, the Giants won’t let him go for cheap.
