C.J. Anderson has found a new home.
The veteran running back has signed with the Lions, the team announced Friday. Reports earlier this week said Anderson got a one-year deal with Detroit.

Anderson was released by the Panthers and spent a short time with the Raiders before becoming a valuable contributor for the Rams last season.
The 2014 Pro Bowl player and 2016 Super Bowl champion with the Broncos ran for 488 yards in five games with Los Angeles, three of which occurred in the postseason. The Rams advanced to Super Bowl 53, where they fell to the Patriots.
Anderson rushed for 104 yards in his nine games with Carolina. He has tallied 27 career total touchdowns.
