Toronto is making some offseason moves.
The Maple Leafs announced Tuesday that they have acquired a fourth-round pick and forward David Clarkson from the Golden Knights in exchange for Garret Sparks.
Sparks, 26, played in 20 games for a Toronto team that finished 46-28-8 in 2018-19. He registered a 90.2 save percentage and the team was 8-9-1 in his starts.
Clarkson, 35, suffered a career-ending injury in 2016, the team said in a statement.
